Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the educational, technical or professional qualification prescribed for the relevant post on or before 14 October 2026. Candidates awaiting their final qualifying examination results are not eligible to apply.
1. Nursing Superintendent
Candidates must possess a Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife, having passed a three-year General Nursing and Midwifery course from a school of Nursing or another institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, or B.Sc. Nursing.
2. Dialysis Technician
B.Sc. plus either a Diploma in Haemodialysis or two years of satisfactory in-house training/experience in haemodialysis work in a reputed institution, with the required proof.
3. Pharmacist (Entry Grade)
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Allopathic) from a Central or State Government-recognized university or institute and registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized university or institute with the required registration.
4. Radiographer X-Ray Technician
10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and a two-year Diploma in Radiography, X-Ray Technician or Radiodiagnosis Technology from a recognized institute. The notification also specifies eligible alternative degree and diploma qualifications.
5. ECG Technician
10+2 or Graduation in Science with a certificate, diploma or degree in ECG Laboratory Technology, Cardiology, Cardiology Technician or Cardiology Techniques from a reputed institution. The certificate must be of at least one year duration.
6. Optometrist
B.Sc. in Optometry or a Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician of three to four years duration, with registration with the concerned council or licensing body.
7. Lab Assistant Grade II

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification for Ex-Servicemen
For Ex-Servicemen, the advertisement permits the following upgrading qualifications, subject to the required endorsement of equivalence of civil qualification on the certificate:

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
1. Shortlisting
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Trade Test on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the final examination of NTC/NAC.
If a candidate possesses both NTC and NAC, the percentage of marks obtained in NTC will be considered.
Candidates may be called for the Trade Test at approximately two times the number of vacancies, in order of merit based on their qualifying examination marks.
2. Trade Test (Practical)
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a practical Trade Test.
The Trade Test will be qualifying in nature.
Candidates who fail the Trade Test will be disqualified.
The syllabus will be based on the Trade Test specification for the semi-skilled grade of the relevant trade.
Final merit will be decided solely on the percentage of marks obtained in the final NTC/NAC examination.
Tie-Breaking Rules
In case of a tie, preference will be given in the following order:

Travelling Allowance

Medical Fitness
No candidate will be engaged unless declared physically fit according to the medical standards prescribed by the competent medical authority or IOL’s authorized medical officer.
Candidates may also be medically examined during the period of engagement. The contract may be terminated if the employee is found medically unfit for the assigned duties.
Important Terms of Engagement
The following conditions should be carefully noted:
The engagement is full-time and contractual.
Employees may be required to work beyond normal working hours or on holidays depending on operational requirements.
Unauthorized absence may result in proportionate deduction from remuneration.
The contract may end automatically upon completion of the tenure unless extended.
The company may terminate the contract for poor performance, misconduct, breach of rules or other specified reasons.
Fixed-term engagement does not create any right to regularization, absorption or permanent appointment.
Selected candidates must sign a contractual agreement with IOL.
Employees may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
The company reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies, not fill any post, raise eligibility standards or cancel the recruitment process.

Do not apply solely on the basis of an Engineering Diploma or Degree if you do not possess the required NTC/NAC.
